Split body design

Our industrial ball valves are available in a split body configuration upon request, offering superior performance and flexibility for demanding applications.

Split Body Three-Way 90° Ball Valve

Designed for versatility, these bolted three-way ball valves feature:

  • T and L port configurations with full bore for optimized flow
  • DIN flanges PN 16-40 with EN-558 F1 face-to-face dimensions
  • Floating ball with soft seats, ensuring reliable sealing.
  • Available sizes from DN 25 to 100, PN 16-40.

Split Body DBB Valve

Engineered for high-pressure isolation and safety-critical systems, these bolted DBB ball valves include:

  • Soft or metal-seated configurations
  • Compliance with ANSI B16.10 for standard face-to-face dimensions.

Bremer tests and certifies all valves according to API598, BS6755 part I or DIN3230. Upon request Bremer can perform all the following additional tests, internally or using:
